Sail Date: Jul 2016
Traveled with children

The ship itself was nice, but looking rather old. The people working on the ship were excellent. I would have liked to see staff working at the actual pools because unfortunately some parents just let their children go with no supervision, and those children make it unpleasant for everyone else. Getting on and off the ship was smooth sailing, and the comedy shows were great. Food in the restaurant was terrific, and out cabin steward Richard was the best! My only main complaint was the lack of oversight from some parents, and that maybe the staff could have pulled the unattended children from the pool area until the parents returned. I realize this is a family cruise line, so the parents should stay with their children unless they send them to Camp Carnival. The sushi restaurant was pretty good, and David's was excellent. It would also be nice to be able to board earlier on the first day... the first and last days are pretty much a waste.

Baltimore

There wasn't anything to do in Baltimore because we live there... that's where we boarded the ship.
