The ship is beautiful. The staff is horrible. They are bunch of arrogant unprofessional people. The only redeeming quality is the nighttime shows. MSC needs to work on training their staff to understand that being nice is something people expect when they are on vacation. My family and I were truly surprised about how poorly the staff treated passengers. It was shocking - granted some of the passengers seemed to deserve it but nonetheless being rude is unacceptable. If these people worked for me they would be fired.

That being said the nighttime entertainment - the three shows were fantastic. One was better then the next and it is real credit to the people at MSC for putting on these types of performances at sea. Top notch entertainment. The ship is also top notch and it is very clean. The cleaning staff clearly take pride in their work and it shows. Perhaps the front desk staff and the waitstaff could take a lesson or two from the people who make the decks shine.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B3

It is a nice room that sleeps four comfortably. Good bathroom - the balcony is small and noisy because neighbors were noisy.
