I chose this cruise to Bermuda because it was different and on a different ship. I wanted to see what all the "raves" was about . I will first start with EMBARKATION: The Terminal Reps should know the difference between a Bronz; Silver; Gold and Platinum Member because me, being a Silver member; had priority check-in through my latitudes rewards and the Rep. was trying to put us on the regular line, which was outrageously long, until the Supervisor told the worker to put us on the Casino line(priority check-in). Then it went very smoothly from there.

SHIP: Very large, roomy and nice decor. But the pool area is a joke. For this ship to be so large, everyone was crammed around the pool area and you couldn't see a thing unless you were 6' tall. On this ship, its not easy to get in the pool without stepping over someone. If you are a smoker, you will have a hard time finding somewhere to smoke.

CABIN: We had an inside cabin which was pretty roomy, but no draws. We literally was living out of our suitcases. The cubby holes that are in the closet, didn't even fit 1/4 of my stuff. The bed was pretty comfortable. But what I hated most was that all the inside cabin front doors automatically SLAM! At first, I thought that my next door neighbors was slamming their door on purpose, until I realized that the door automatically slams. It was annoying. I'm glad that I had my Bose headphones.

Port Reviews

New York (Manhattan)

Leaving/Embarking from Manhattan is good. Its a quick; efficient terminal with Staff, that is, for the most part, knowledgeable. The clerks are pleasant and courteous and helpful at the window.
