This was our first river cruise and we had heard so much we were looking forward to the trip very much. The first greetings by the crew made us very welcome and were settled into our cabin very quickly by our butler Ilona. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space we had in our cabin and the fact that our cases were under the bed made it so much more roomy. Having our own balcony was great too. The eating arrangements were excellent with plenty of choices of menu items and places to eat. The quality of food was excellent and you would have thought that you were eating in a 5 star restaurant. The lounge facility's were again excellent providing comfort and tea and coffee facilities at all times. Entertainment on board was very good and variable. The day tours also were very good with a high standard of guides. Finally I cannot speak highly enough of of the staff. From the cabin staff, reception staff and the dining and waiting staff were excellent. I made a point of addressing all staff by name to show respect for the work that they do and the personal attention they paid to the guests. Whilst some may consider the overall costs expensive the fact that you don't have to put your hand in your pocket for two weeks makes it reasonable. We are so pleased that we did the cruise and recommend it to others.
