First of all, the ship had an accident knocking out the ramp way to board the ship, so we had to enter through a small entrance at the front of the ship. They told everyone to return to the port after 1 pm because there was an incident on the ship. The lines were congested and we waited a good while to board. We had a balcony room on Deck 6. Our balcony door was broken and did not seal well. Our room was not very cool and we had the air conditioner turned to the coldest temp. We asked for ice and the steward brought it to us in s big white plastic tub!! No ice bucket for the price we paid for this room???? Never had clean glasses each day either. The staff was not outstanding at all with the exception of our waitress at dinner. She was wonderful and made our dinner enjoyable. Her name was Galena and she was awesome. We cruised on the Pride last year and we were shocked in the difference this year. The staff was so much better and more helpful last year. All in all, it was just ok. Disappointed at the staff this year.
