I have always wanted to visit Petra. This cruise included Petra plus The Holy Land and the Suez Canal, all new to me. We have taken several trips on Seabourn and love everything about it. The rooms are comfortable and have enough space which is apparently not always the case.

The staff makes a tremendous effort to be cheerful, and helpful. By the third day one is greeted by name. Roberto, in the restaurant, seems personally sadened if you don't want dessert! Emma always knows which wine you prefer. Our stewardess Sitha, was so pleasant in spite of having so many messy cabins to tidy.

Even though The Sojourn is a relatively small ship, the entertainment is excellent. We were thrilled to find Anthony Stuart LLoyd on this trip. We had loved him on another cruise and enthused about him to friends. He has a first class voice and puts on a terrific show with something for everyone from opera to Broadway.
