This was our ninth cruise and the worst one ever!

When checking into our room there were blood spots on the pillow cases, the sheets were pilled, and didn't look clean. When checking out we descovered the sink was leaking, so everything we stored under it was soaked. The ship was hard to get around in as there were no maps and just small signage, and the ship was over done with mirrors and generally dark.

The buffet was ok, the best food they had were desserts. The main dining rooms were so-so to poor. The steak house was just plain bad, about one notch above Pizza Ranch, maybe. We ordered four steaks and one was inedible. The Italian reasturant was a bit better. One thing I found totally unacceptable was that they would not bring free water to the table no matter how nicely I asked -- they totally refused saying they didn't have regular water. If you want water with your meals it was a six dollar up charge.
