I always wanted to see the vineyards and the lavender fields. This leisure travel was perfect. The quaint towns we visited and all the wonderful architecture were grand. The ship, the staff, the service, the food, the excursions all marvelous, Not to mention the food market tour, the restaurants, the wine tastings and the wonderful shopping.
We met wonderful people and even exchanged email and mailing addresses of several at the end of the trip.
The chef was terrific. He took on a food tour of the market in Lyon and did a cooking demonstration one afternoon. Very friendly and supportive of our every need.

Deluxe Stateroom
I can't believe the compact room handled all the wardrobe etc. of 2 women traveling together. They really made use of every inch of space. It was well organized and comfortable. We slept well and didn't hear any outside noises or have any issues.
