This was my third cruise, all on Carnival. Last was on Magic out of Galveston last January. Same ports, Roatan, Belize, and Cozumel. Chose balcony cabin 8383. Starboard side. Ate in Crimson dining, steward was Louie. Had fttf this time, and was literally met at taxi and escorted in past lines. Checkin time was 1000 and was on by 1100.

Dream appeared older than Magic. Room seemed slightly smaller and tv smaller than similar room on Magic. 8383 very quiet, situated slightly behind mid. Had good view, but a hottub below that could have gotten noisey. Couldnt order room service on tv.

Less activities for teens and I missed having the red frog pub on 5 mid like Magic. Food not quite as good, but same menus. Service a bit slow. Best meal was the lamb shanks. Louie was an excellent steward. Toulet was stopped up on checkin and balcony door latch stuck, but it was quickly fixed. Theyve quit leaving chocolates at night, Magic had them january 2015. Read more
