my first review in 56 years. have sailed on many cruise lines but my fiance [that happened on this trip] had sailed on princess 20 years ago and loved it. great food BACK THEN. attentive staff BACK THEN. she couldn't say enough nice things from her trip BACK THEN.

well things have changed> "owners suite" because it was special. all the bells and whistles. they suite boarding line was as long as the rest of the ship. no one to direct you at all. we should have saved our money and got the cheapest inside cabin because thats how we felt we were treated. we had a great suite but there was zero special attention paid to suite guests.

we spoke to many and everyone agreed that princess had gone downhill. the food was terrible. worst on any cruise i had ever gone on. room service food was almost inedible. i could go on and on but as i said i never have written a review but we even tried to follow up with the cruise line after and no one cared.
