I am writing this because I truly do not understand how so many people have so much to complain about. This was a great experience!

We stayed in a forward facing suite in the Haven. The check in process was extremely fast and we were on board in about 20 minutes. The cabin was very clean and very nicely designed. The bathroom was bigger than most hotel room bathrooms I've experienced. The only curiosity I had was the size of the balcony. It seemed very small because it was partially obstructed by the diagonal edge of the front of the ship. If you want a nice balcony, I would avoid this and go aft. The cabin steward was very attentive and kept the place sparkling. I was impressed that he was always happy and smiling given the fact he cleans up after everyone.

The ship is beautiful. Everything is new of course. There are bars everywhere, so if you wait a long time for a drink, move to another bar. I had no problem finding a drink anywhere and maybe waited 5 minutes at most. I would also recommend tipping the bar tenders. A little coin goes a long way. I did have the ultimate drink package and never paid extra for any drink I ordered, which included the brewery and the wine cellar. Read more
