Food was mediocre, cabins were average. Problem was that the river was low so the boat could not get through one of the overpasses...so they made us pack up and took an all day bus to our next ship which was much older and not very nice. No compensation. Passengers were boorish (including screaming to the locals who were walking on the overpasses to "jump"; using terms one should not hear about the US President). I couldn't get off the boat fast enough. Do not expect luxury, do not expect a quiet and sophisticated cruise. Tour guides were well educated; and we got lucky because our hotel in Prague (we paid for an extra visit to Prague after the tour) was full, so we got much nicer accommodations. Getting off the boat was the highlight of the trip. After the tour (because they probably got such bad reviews) we were offered a lot of promotions (buy 1 get one free; additional 25% off, etc.) to go on another cruise...never again.
