Fantastic first time cruise with Costa! The ship is awesome, very glitzy and modern, clean throughout. Facilities are diverse and finished to a high standard and with the latest technology.

A good feature is the costa mobile app which allows you to chat freely amongst passengers using your device. Internet is affordable and they offer several plans to suit your needs

Embarkation was a bit chaotic from a customer service point of view, and as a first time, they left us on our own and had a lot of questions. We boarded, was taken picture but still had no card. Then was told cards are in the room. We had questions and intuitively with the info in the cabin and help from guest relations felt more settled within couple of hours, at least before the first show commenced. Read more
