Staff was pleasant ind specialty restaurants. Servers in the buffet and complimentary restaurants barely acknowledged anyone. The guest service was pretty useless. They have many hidden charges. I did not find this an economical way to travel with my family of five. The ship was packed. Our toilet did not flush properly, and when we called to complain, they told us some ridiculous reason as to why they had problems with the flusher and to just retry it. This occurred every day. Really?

The ship was packed and I felt at times as if I was on the NYC subway system. The off ship excursions were poorly organized, long,long lines and departures to excursions late. One island had two boats scheduled to return us to the ship that never came. There were elderly people waiting in the sun and were given no place to sit. No explanation …no apology and btw no sticker to provide lunch to us which was part of the paid excursion of $235/pp to swim with dolphins. Bus to another excursion was an hour wait. As I said, a lot of standing and waiting.

In order to take and pick up my child from the kids club (she is ten) I had to walk her through the smokey casino. When I asked why they would ever have the club in the middle of the casino, they just told me that that is where the venue was available. When I asked, "isn't that inappropriate", they just shrugged their shoulders. My other child who is thirteen would not attend the teen club bc of the age difference amongst the kids. Big gap in age. Inappropriate behavior that I would never expose to my thirteen year girl. Many who looked as if they had been drinking or who knows what. Now trying to rectify the invoice that went up by 535.00 when checking my credit card, waiting 45 minutes on hold to speak to someone and then was treated like an inconvenience. Not a fan.
