Embarkation in Barcelona a bit hectic as many passengers did not have their nationalities' required visas for Tangier. However once through we were whisked up to the Haven lounge to meet our concierge and have a tour of the haven area before a leisurely lunch in the suites restaurant.
This ship is massive but is very well laid out so that it never seems crowded even on sea days. there is always something to do or plenty of places to relax in. We really enjoyed the haven courtyard deck although the pool is rather shallow to swim in. The private gym above this deck was very good and I usually had it to myself .
The so called Posh sunbathing deck with its own bar was also seldom busy and a perfect place to chill out
Extremely comfortable with large lovely bed and heavenly spa bath. Shower does not drain well and needs towels outside to stop it flooding. The annoying motion sensitive light in the toilet which went on even when I turned around in bed was fixed by a large elastoplast over the sensor at night. The wardrobe is far too small for a suite with not enough hangers and with the extra ones my clothes were squashed. Also a slight disappointment was the lack of a seating area which I thought should be a suite requirement. However the Nespresso machine was well used.
Every morning around 6.30 am we were awakened by what sounded like a herd of elephants above my head. This was the deck staff moving all the chairs on deck 15.
