Just returned for our second cruise on the Adventure of the seas and was not impressed compared to our first trip on the Adventure; the overall cruising experiace has detoriated. The ship itself is old and needs major overall rust was visible in many places.

The staff since the tips have become automatic no longer provide the service or attention they used to and have a take it or leave it attitude.

The quality of the food in the main dining room s the worst I have had on any of our cruises and was cold when served (after attending two meals we used Windjammers for all the other meals as the quality was better). We did not even bother with the formal night and speaking to other passengers it sound like the food was not much better than other nights. I was a dedicated RC cruiser but in future I will think twice before booking a cruise with RC again.
