We sailed on the Legend from Passau in July and found every aspect of our holiday excellent.

The ship was one of the older ones in the fleet, but we found it well presented and it had all the facilities we wanted. We had not sought a balcony, and would not do so, since there was plenty of room on the full-length sun deck.

The itinerary was excellent - sailings being timed to optimise the time at the stop-overs. Going down stream, the night cruising was at low throttle and quiet. Obviously, Viking had managed to obtain the best of the city-centre mooring locations. Read more
