This is our third cruise with Royal Caribbean. It is by far the worst cruise that we have had.

1. After traveling for 7 hours , we finally boarded the ship at 2:30 pm. We could not enter our stateroom due to the Sea Pass not working. We waited in line for 1 hour at the Crown and Anchor Society office and was told that they could not help. We were told to go to the Customer Service desk. We waited in line for 45 minutes and was told we were in the wrong line. We explained to them that we were told to get in this line. Finally they made new sea passes for us. These sea pass would not work either. After 5 hours Customer service notified ship maintenance. It took a total of 5 hours and 15 minutes for us to get into our state room. All that was wrong was the battery was bad.

2. The fourth night of the cruise we were in the photo shop looking at pictures of the ship that were left out on the counter. A staff member came running over and in a rude voice that we were not suppose to be looking at the pictures. She jerked the pictures out of my hands and threw them in what we believed was a trash can. She then call over someone else and they both just starred at us as though we were trying to steal the pictures. Who would want to steal a $.25 photo. Read more
