I stayed in the Haven suites and I must say I was impressed to start the cruise with the ease of checking in and boarding. A private elevator ride to the Haven lounge for drinks and food until the room was ready. Upon entering our two bedroom suite, it was cleaned and well stocked with towels. second bedroom is small and one side of the bed in the master bedroom has about 18" of room to exit the bed that is how small the bedroom is. The bathroom is large and spacious and we loved the floor to ceiling window in the shower stall. We did see our butler ever day. Not sure exactly what she did as I saw my cabin steward more often and he was so helpful and made sure we were happy with the room. The concierge was a waste. he did absolutely nothing for me. My dinner plans were already made prior to boarding the ship. the one time I asked if he would be able to get my two boys on a tour of the bridge, he actually told me flat out no that there were two tours and they were booked. When I asked how big the groups were I was told 15 each. Really????? you could not TRY to squeeze two boys on the tour. I have been on Royal Caribbean and the concierge would go out of his way to make it happen, I was really annoyed at his lack of effort. Other than that they sat at a desk and did nothing. And by nothing I do mean nothing. This is a card access floor and the last two days at sea coming home the Haven pool was bombarded by children that did not belong. took up residency in the pool and then someone proceeded to throw up in it whiched caused them to close the pool the rest of the day. the last day was no better as the children returned as they may have been newly made friends from the children staying in the Haven then using both hot tubs. Now the signs clearly state no children under 12, what happens now was reminiscent of the caddy shack movie as one VERY young child took a dump in one hot tub causing that to be closed, and eventually the other had to be as well because after eliminating their waste they went into the second hot tub. Now mind you we did complain but nothing was done about it. I have to say up to that point my trip was going well, but if I'm PAYING a good deal of more money for something, I expect exceptional service and my complaints heard and some sort of action taken. I can state that I will be returning to Royal Caribbean for my future cruising needs.

Spa Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B9

Decent size my only complaint was one side of the master bedroom you had only 18" of space to enter or exit the bed. closet doors open into the bed and you had to stand to the side to open them to get ones clothes
