Beautiful ship, clean, crowded, no one in charge. our "welcome" consisted of a run down of what drinks you CANNOT order. No one in our group drinks liquor! It took 15 minutes. The class system is in full force even though we were in the "Penthouse Suite". Butler was completely incompetent and worse, argumentative. Third time on Celebrity but the first time since the "beverage package" was the total focus of the cruise. Entertainment was pathetic. Thank goodness for great weather and wonderful family members (12). Just resolved to never go on Celebrity again. Sorry.
