Disney knows what they're doing! My husband and I cruised with our three older kids (20, 17, & 13 yr old) and all of us had a great time. We booked two adjoining rooms which I highly recommend if traveling with 5 unless your kids are much younger. The extra bathroom and space was worth the extra money which wasn't that much different in cost anyway. We had a porthole seat in each room that we loved as well. The rooms have tons of storage and we didn't feel cramped. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The food was very good. We tried many new dishes we wouldn't have otherwise. The staff was always very friendly and did a great job. We were happy to tip what Disney recommended due to great service and that ends up being most of their pay for their job-tips from guests and they thanked us graciously.

Castaway Cay was amazing! That was our favorite part of the trip but I sure wish they had lockers on the island. My husband was lying in a hammock and he looked over to find a woman opening our bag with our phones and key cards. He told her that was his family's and she ran off. He had to also run different kids off twice from taking our inner tubes and messing with our stuff while the rest of us was snorkeling. Not sure what Disney expects you to do with your stuff while you play. I really wanted my phone for pictures so even if you can use a lanyard for your key card what do you do with phones?? I guess have someone babysit them while the rest of you have fun.
