my hubby got gastroenteritis the first night, so was quarantined in our cabin for 24 hours, he was suppose to have a light diet, during the night the staff were great after that, we got no help till i got upset and threatened to complain higher, the problem is severe lack of english with room service and guest relations, then they got him what he needed, and we had to cancel our excursion next day, again trouble with guest service giving me correct info on how to do this.

Our first venture out to blue lagoon restaurant for breakfast was awful, no tea bags/milk/spoons, the food was not good, complained again.

Hubby played golf with the nets up on deck, golf ball went right through holes, had to complain to 3 different people to get it fixed as was highly dangerous, again lack of english. Read more
