On arrival and checking in, it was very quick BUT, with all this new technology, you still needed a green rubber stamp on your paperwork to let you on the ship (so much for new technology).
The cabins were nice and clean with two sea pass cards and two wrist bands provided, which proved to be a nuisance, in that when ordering the waiters should have had electronic devices to recognize the wristbands, but instead you had to remove it, hence easier to use a card (so much for technology once again).
Whilst on technology – the bionic bar - which served cocktails – seemed to us, a total waste of time, as you had the cocktail made by a robot and served in a plastic cup, and then had to go to the bar with your wristband/card to pay before you could get your drink, whilst in a bar a waiter would come and serve you, and the drink would be in a glass with trimmings.
The cabin was supposed to be non obstructed view but had supports outside which obstructed the view. The wardrobe was not long enough to hang long dresses in.
