We just returned from a Southern Caribbean week cruise from San Juan. Very happy with just about everything.
We were Aquaclass, so most dining was in Blu. Excellent sommelier and maitre-d. Food was good all nights, sometimes exceptional. Service was very good, but at times a bit slow. But we didn't care - we had wonderful wine and conversations.
The ship is showing its age, but only is a few spots. A little dirty grout here and cracked decks there. But it was clean and everything was working.
