We were there a few days before cruise and went out on our own. We had a great time exploring the island. Old San Juan was wonderful and the stay at Hyatt place was good!

We did not take an excursion at st Thomas but we have traveled there many times. We down to the town and shopped and visited many different things. ( usually we do beach things there but this day it was a little rainy and we choose to get our shopping down here! Beautiful island

Wonderful island and island people. Hire a driver for a tour of the island... 40$ got us a pitons siting, a mud bath, a waterfalls and a stop by to taste all the different mangos, bananas that the island had to offer!!! It was amazing can't wait to go back!!!!

We did take an excursion from away from ship. Hired a driver. We'll....... We thought was a island / beach tour.... We were swindled. And so was everyone else on this bus. We picked it up just out the area where the taxis were. We ask to go to beaches see a. Old church and eat flying fish !!!! Never did one thing that we were told oh yes, all we heard was Rianna 's mom was the drivers friend and she would shown us where Rihanna grew up and where she lives now foe 3 hours. When asked about the beach. Oh yes we will drop u at beach and we come get you for 15$more.... Never again Barbados not worth the stop

ship was rerouted to Domimica............... and it was wonderful! we choose an excursion from the ship which was river tubing... great time great people went to see the Indian village and to a waterfalls beautiful! our guide was delightful and educational about the island! can not wait to return!
