We are diamond plus members with Royal Caribbean having over 35 cruises with them. 1st time on Grandeur. We love the size of this ship. Very friendly crew. Embarkation was smooth and easy, lunch in wind jammer was crowded but food was good, we ate out at pool. Room ready at one, we treated ourselves to a suite and was not disappointed. Our room steward did not disappoint! As a suite guest we had a private breakfast every day in Giovanni's. Excellent service. The only negative was lunches in windjammer was so crowded. My time dining was right on, never had to wait for a table and food was very good. We ate twice in Chops, best steaks on the high seas! Giovanni's also was excellent, so much food. The only negatives would be after dinner I enjoy a hot tea and for some reason we always had to wait for it, some nights for 20 minutes!

Overall a very relaxing cruise, great weather!

Grand Suite

Very nice suite but a bit noisy at times as we were right below windjammer and could hear tables being moved around. Room steward was always on top of thing!
