Hello, My wife and I just returned from our first cruise. It was one of the best vacations i have ever been on!

We flew into Orlando MCO, on friday night it was very smooth and the staff on the plane was great, thanks Southwest. We stayed at a hotel and took a transfer minivan to port canaveral. We then went through customs with a little wait, but the lines kept moving. Finally, we were on the ship, it was amazing, we went up the 9th fl. lido deck and had some lunch. We sailed at 4pm and the mandatory safety drill. It was painless, about 15-20 minutes.

After that it was party time!!! We went to dinner every night. My wife didn't care for the food on a couple of nights, but that was fine. She just had something from from the buffet after. The food was very good i thought, everything from breakfast to lunch, to dinner. The waitstaff was excellent, we had table 164 in the golden dining room. Aniquin from Morroco and Anna from Romania were just great between serving and after dinner dancing to conversation.
