Jewel is a Gem

We spent 12 nights on the Jewel of the Seas in June. The ship is beautiful! We enjoyed the ports chosen, and there was always plenty to see and do, either on your own, or on a shore excursion. The crowd was mostly older, with very few kids. It was a mixture of mostly Brits, followed by Americans, followed then by Europeans, and finally Australians. There was plenty to eat, a show to enjoy almost every night, (dark while docked in St. Petersburg overnight), and lovely areas on the ship to dance, gamble, or just relax.

Arrival We took a train all the way from Bath, so we didn't arrive until 2:45. We didn't notice any luggage tags or anyone taking bags, but we traveled light, so we carried our bags on board ourselves. We had an interior room which was very nice and suited our needs.
