We arrived port side and were met by luggage attendants, they were very courteous and helpful. We tipped them and they promised to have our bags in our staterooms on time and intact. We chose valet which was a very smart thing to do. Valet was approx $12 per day and the other option was to walk across the street and park in the garage at approx $12 per day. We chose to tip and have someone take our vehicle. Our group consisted of 7 people age range from 22 to 67. By booking a suite the line was much shorter and we were on the ship in a few minutes. We found the ship to be easy to get around on. The staff were very helpful. The casino was fun, the shows were good the comedian was funny. I would recommend getting a cabin close to the front of the ship, we were on the 8th level and close to the windjammer cafe on the 9th floor. This made it easy to go up and get something to eat or drink in the morning and at lunch. If you are looking for an intimate dining experience with exceptional cuisine, this ship does not have that. The food is plentiful, but not exceptional. The suite was one of the nicest I have seen, and we have traveled on Silver Sea and Celebrity. Key west was fun, Cozumel's water was beautiful, expect to be asked to buy things if you are going shopping, you are constantly asked as you walk by the shops. We stopped and had chips, salsa and guacamole at one of the sidewalk cafes. It was fun and our waiter told us that he had been one of the extras in Mel Gibson's movie the Apocalypse. Getting off the ship was quick and done very professionally. We picked up our luggage and went thru customs and had our vehicle in less than 10 minutes.
