Please note this is not my favorite cruise line... cruising on Celebrity,Holland America, and Oceania (even if this last is not anymore to the previous standard, but that,s another tale) is far better than RCCL, but everybody knows that. We choose this ship because of the itinerary and our longing to be on sea while on Xmas, risking the well known too amount of children. Well, we were pleasantly surprised. The ship is beautiful and well kept; our balcony cabin was nice enough (and clean), lots of places to keep this and that, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom largest than those of the so called luxury ships (see Regatta). And,incredible as it sounds, the shower had pressure! The ship was fully booked, and even so we never had the feeling of a crowd. Most of the passengers were of Singapore origin, very few USA (200 or so)and I'm still wondering about their manners : no shouts, no pushing, no Tshirts on restaurants. The ports of call didn't deceive our expectations, and all tours were on time. Maybe the itinerary of the Kuala Lumpur one should be revised, as it finishes in Chinatown, not a nice sight that could be avoided (and switched to a mall, that I missed...) On the dark side, I agree with other reviews : Food is absolutely inedible, in all its manifestations. How can breakfast be awful? It was. Insipid cold cuts, soap looking and tasting cheeses, muffins, breads, all of them no taste. That to start the day, and it became worst on lunch and dinner. Yes, ladies, this is the first ship that made us lost weight.
