Embarkation: We arrived at the NY port by around 11am and it was a bit messy getting our luggage dropped off before registration. It was a long line up at the ground level with one or two staffs who took our luggage. We had better experience when embarking in Florida's port. But once luggage were dropped off, the registration and waiting to get on the ship process was fine.
Room: It was an inside room on the 5th floor. The room was around the same as other ships' inside room on Norwegian Epic. There were enough storage space for us. But since this room is below some of the party rooms, one night we heard heavy music until 2am. If you would prefer a quiet room, it's better to pick an upper level room.
Dining: we went to Garden Cafe on deck 15 to have our breakfast/ lunch majority of times, and we were able to find a table for two quite quickly. there were good selection of food including a pasta station and ice cream bar for lunch, Omelete station for breakfast, and crepe station for dinner. We went to Manhattan dining room for dinners and found out they no longer have one night of surf & turf with lobster tail anymore. We asked the waiter and he told us it was replace with large prawns on daily menu instead. we liked the idea of 24 hour snacks/ food at O'Sheenan. Their buffalo wings, Spinach/ artichoke cheese dip and the chicken pot pie were the best!
