I was so worried after I booked my cruise. I read all the horrible reviews on CC. I don't know what ship these people were on but it was not the same one as me. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my entire cruise except for the non present casino staff.

I did feel like they were pecking my money out of me a penny at a time like a chicken. We had the dining pkg. which was a great value except that not all dining was included. Wasabi, noodle house, raw bar while not expensive I felt they should have been included with the dining pkg.

The freestyle part was a little stressful for me ,we were a party of 6 so we could not just walk into the specialty restaurants without having a time set up. The free dining venues never had a wait .The food in these Manhatten,Savor ,Taste was okay ,it was not a great variety nor was it presented well. Few of the desserts were served with whipped cream or ice cream . In O'Sheehans when my friend ordered apple pie they charged an extra $3 for vanilla ice cream. The other food in this rest. was wonderful.

Cabin Review

Spa Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B9

Loved our room . would have liked the balcony to be larger but it was still wonderful. Noel did a great job of keeping it clean and tidy. Ice twice a day, honor bar was nice to have. we had room service once for dessert late one night it was prompt. there is a ton of storage space albeit it is odd . the closet was not well thought out but it worked. plenty of hangers ,shower was a decent size, water pressure great, water temp perfect
