DH & I returned from our first Princess Cruise recently. Overall, it was ok, but there were good and bad things during the week, like all cruise lines.

First the Good:

We arrived at Port Everglades about 12:30 and it looked bad, with lines half way down the walkway outside, but the line moved forward quickly and we were aboard by about 1:15 PM (the most efficient boarding we've ever experienced). Our cabin was ready once we boarded, so we were able to drop off our carry-on luggage right away. We were in a mini-suite and were pleased with the size, functionality and cleanliness of the cabin. Our steward, James, arrived soon after we entered the room and told us what we needed to know to reach him. He was highly professional and efficient - our cabin was always cleaned by the time we returned from breakfast, and needed supplies were promptly restocked without asking.
