We just returned from a four night cruise on the LOTS, from Ft. lauderdale to Cozemel. The ship was very nice, the cabin was spacious with a nice balcony. The service was consistently good. Our dining room waiter was excellent. The entertainment was of high quality, but we noticed that there was no late night comedian. The ice show was great with elaborate costumes and superior performers.

The biggest disappointment was the food, it was horrible. I had a dessert called Chocolate Celebration that was tasteless, it should have never left the kitchen to be served to paying guests. RCCL seems to have taken as much money out of the food as possible. The beef was very low grade and had such a odd taste that my son who is not fussy refused to eat it. We've been on RCCL before and the food was ok, now it is repulsive. We will probably never return to RCCL again. We were not alone, other guests were upset too.

The other big issue was the incredibly long wait to get through security and check in. We waited over and hour and a half. That wait is unacceptable. Again, I will probably not cruise on RCCL again.
