I will admit that this is one of the most beautiful cruise ships I've ever had the pleasure to travel on. And this is where it ends.

1. Food - the buffet was the worse I've ever encountered. Watered down juices. The food was either to salty of tasteless and the selections never changed. There were frozen pizzas, waffles and pancakes which were served at only one station causing long lines. Even the fruit wasn't good. The frozen drinks were not well made and the sit down dinner was a long drawn out tasteless affair. I will never travel with MSC again nor will I travel on any cruise line that does not offer "free style" cruising like Norwegian and others, so I've heard. On other cruises, the buffet was 24 hours. Not MSC, the buffet was shut down around 9pm and tasteless pizzas were left out for those who might get hungry. I actually saw someone pouring water in the already tasteless pasta. The best food the people in my party had was on the ports of call. Even the food the ship prepared for Great Stirrup Cay was so bad, I threw it away. How can you mess up a hot dog. It was like no hot dog I've ever eaten.

2. Service - I am used to my cabin being cleaned once you leave. Not on MSC, the service sucked. Never had enough towels and did not receive any bath cloths the entire 7 cruise. The room never looked spotless and the sheets were not changed.

Cabin Review

The cabin was beautiful and the port hole was so large you could actually sit in it. By far, the best looking cabin I've had the pleasure to stay in.
