This was the first and probably last cruise I will ever go on. When we got to our cabin only one of our bags was by the door. Our other bag had ended up way down the hall. There was still a pair of men's underwear underneath our bed. THE WORST PART we had more than one customer service rep tell us that all of our charges would come out at the end of the cruise. That they would pre-authorize 250 euro. We let our bank know that and the places of the excursions to make sure our cards would work. When I checked my bank and email FRAUD ALERT. They took everything out the first day, and not in one large some 10 separate charges. That looked like fraud to our bank so they shut our card off. When we went on our first excursion we could use an ATM. It was very frustrating when we got back on the ship we were going to grab a drink (we got the allegrissimo package). Since our card was shut off our cruise cards would not work either. When we got into our room I could not call out, tried calling the receptionist desk and no answer. We went to the desk told them what happened they took us back and let us use a phone. No apology they said they pre-authorize everything to make sure it will be paid for. Something you should let people know about to let their banks know! The buffet was okay, crazy chaos, no order, and hard to find a seat. The dinner at the restaurant was not very good and our server was very slow, but he did always look busy. I skipped dinner one night and thought I would go to the buffet, the hours were supposed to be an all day thing. All they had was pizza and it was only 8 at night. You had to get to the pool EARLY to get a chair. Not enough adult related activities during the day. If you didn't book an excursion getting on the bus the would take you to the city was more chaos. No sense of lines or any order. WORST VACATION EVER
