Easter week was our 15th Princess cruise and it was on the Royal.  In most respects the ship and the voyage were awesome with a few issues. The food and service were exceptional as usual but there are distractions for what should have been minor issues.

The biggest things were the miniscule balconies, lack of stairs amidships and slow elevators. The 1st 2 have been discussed by anyone who has blogged and I will not go into that further.

Whoever programmed the Piazza view elevators to stop at every deck and to disconnect the Door Close buttons on all elevators made some very poor decisions. These actions slow down the already too slow and too small elevators and the decision to to implement these actions should be reconsidered.

Cabin Review

Very nice and certainly large enough. The balcony is too small.
