My husband and I just returned from our first European trip (from United States). We spent two days in Barcelona before boarding the NCL Spirit. We had a surprising quick check-in process and experiences nothing but superb service and friendliness of the crew and staff from beginning to end.
Our room attendant, Charlie, was fantastic. A wonderful smiling face to see everyday.
As other reviews have mentioned, the food was just OK. We had a great food and service at Cagney's, and were happy with that we ordered at Trattoria and as for the complimentary eateries, we found Windows to be the most pleasant.
Our room was small as expected, but had everything we needed and was laid out well. One unfortunate issue we had was that our tiny shower did not drain well. We had to stop the water running mid-shower, each shower, while washing hair/face, in order to allow some of the water to go down the drain so we wouldn't flood out the shower doors.
