This was our fourth cruise and every one has been better and better. We flew from Logan the day before because our daughter was getting married on the cruise with about 23 people attending. We had a (kind of) rehearsal dinner at the Cajun Cafe. The food was awesome but just a trifle spicy for me. On the day of the cruise we arrived at the time we were told to. The cops directing traffic would not let us drop off our luggage so we went around the traffic circle and started to unload on the other side of the street and were promptly yelled at again by another cop who told us to go where we were in the first place. We managed to get all of us and our luggage to the correct door and it was locked. I thought it was trouble but when we told them we were the wedding party from that point on we were golden. Our wedding coordinator practically took us by the hand and led us wherever we were supposed to be. The ceremony was in the Chapel and was the most beautiful I had ever witnessed. The photographer took maybe 200 photos and the reception was something out of a storybook. The food rivaled the grand midnight buffet as far as elegance and looks. The cake was memorable marble and filled with chocolate mousse and cream icing. Champagne was flowing and the piano player was great! All in all I felt like getting married again myself...but wait I already have a husband. The Cruise Director on the Miracle is awesome. The entertainment and shows were great, loved them. Going from past experiences we booked all our shore excursions off ship on the internet before we arrived. Grand Cayman we did Sting Ray City and snorkeling with Captain Bryan. (Less people on the excursion.) On Belize the cave tubing was fun, but the best excursion was on Cost Maya at the Mayan Palms resort. They offer scuba or snorkeling and you get to spend the entire day enjoying the resort. For $10 you have unlimited drinks. As far as vacations go....this one ranks at the top.
