"The architecture of the ship is also very confusing when getting from one end to the other. There was no one way direction on the four food stations and they all didn’t offer the exact same thing...."Read More

This was my family and my first time cruising with MSC and we all said we would never cruise with this company again. 1. We departed the boat at 7am and we are currently sitting here waiting for our bags because we were never told they needed to be grabbed before leaving customs. We were herded in a line out to customs and when we asked where to get our luggage they told us it supposed to be ...

This was our first cruise, I cannot compare this cruise with other cruise lines, because this was our first. I will highlight. The good experiences we had, and the bad experiences we had. Good experiences- check-in went fairly smoothly on our first day -This was a brand new ship and was very beautiful inside -Most staff were friendly and courteous -Our cabin was cleaned twice a ...

We wanted to have something to compare our 6 previous cruises to on another line. We will be going back to our cruise company. We took another couple with us because they had never been on a cruise. I was embarrassed beyond words. Almost everything was bad. Their private island is beautiful but that is the extent of it service on the island is bad the food is only from 11:30 - 2pm when it is ...

The Seascape is a beautiful ship. The cabins are lovely, clean, well stocked, and beds are very comfortable! Room service is excellent, and room service staff is cheerful, kind, helpful, and polite. Embarkation and disembarkation was easy and very well organized. The food is ON POINT to say the least. Marketplace buffet is top notch, Butcher's Cut restaurant is phenomenal for brunch, or dinner ...

What I wish I knew before booking an MSC cruise...

I wanted to write a review because I looked for reviews before I book cruises. The reviews for MSC were really all over the place. As a Mom of young children (1 and 6yr old)...here is some information that I wish I had. IN GENERAL: I've done a fair bit of traveling in my life. I wasn't upset that as an American, I was the minority on the ship. Most of the 4,800 (900 were kids) on ...

Amazing cruise with a few minor hiccups!

My family I chose this cruise purely from a price perspective. We all wanted a last minute getaway without having to pay 5-7k to do it. We have been on 17 previous cruises all with either Carnival, Royal, or NCL. For three people in a balcony the price on MSC was too good to pass up so we decided to book the Seascape and hope that all the negative reviews were not a barometer for our trip. I can ...

We had never been on an MSC cruise before and wanted to try it out. The Seascape is a big beautiful, extremely clean ship with stunning modern decor. We have cruised many times before mostly on Royal Caribbean, but also on Carnival and Norwegian. All of the employees were friendly, helpful and kind. The food both in the dining room and at the buffet was hit or miss. Sometimes we ...

We chose to take this cruise ship because of the pricing and newness of the ship. However, as the saying goes "you get what you pay for." It was a struggle from the beginning because their website is horrible and not user friendly. I had to call the reservation number for almost everything. We were told to be at the cruise terminal by 10:30 am for our check-in process. We arrived at the ...

Background Information This was our 3rd MSC cruise (28th overall for me, 29th overall for my husband) - we'd previously sailed on Seaside and Meraviglia (the latter in Yacht Club). Travel to Embarkation Port We flew into Ft. Lauderdale one day early and took a Lyft Preferred to our hotel in Miami (cost $43). For our pre-cruise night, we chose the Hampton Inn and Suites Miami Wynwood ...
