Embarkation was good but not enough signs directing you to the check-in desk or to the ship (MSC was also docked here and their signs were everywhere which made it a little confusing). Although we did enjoy our cruise around Cuba, we found our so called superior cabin very poor. It was small with beds at right angles to each other and my mattress was uncomfortable. We had expected far more local information to be available for each port visit rather than complete emphasis on expensive organised coach trips.
