We went on the Queen Victoria Voyage du Vin cruise for 14 days September 2019 and in our opinion everything was better than last year. The Britannia Restaurant food was beautifully presented and the service was excellent. Thank you to Olesha and Victor.

We have been in the QG on Cunard many times and always enjoyed ourselves, so chose a Q4 cabin again. I went on this ship with my grandmother as she loves cruising.
First impressions were good. The cabin was nice and the food was good.

We booked a guarantee obstructed view cabin. Never again. We were allocated cabin 4076. This was right over the state of the Queen's ballroom. The noise started every night at eight and continued till half twelve. Loud base beat and music vibrated wall and floor. Only suitable if you like to stay up late.

This was a one way fly cruise, 10 nights Southampton to Barcelona. I booked a one way car hire to Southampton, cruise only with Cunard and booked hotel and then flights back to Cardiff. It has to be said, we were apprehensive about the way Cunard is expressed as being for the upper class, the snobs and the like. well there are a few on board, but the vast majority were like you and me, worried hard for what we have and want to enjoy the fruits, as we grow older and being aware.... there are no pockets in a shroud and no safe in the coffin.

This was our first cruise and had been looking forward to it for such a long time. Overall we enjoyed it and ensured we had a good time.
However, our experience was marred by poor service on a number of occasions along with indiscretions from two employees who were managers.

As an experienced cruiser with Cunard (34 cruises) I feel able to comment,
Firstly I was travelling in Princess Grill. The cabin was fine albeit needing a new carpet or at least a good wash, the attendant was helpful and a good worker
