Overall, great experience! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant staff in Main Dining (waiters Raj & Richard) were the most accommodating, friendliest and welcoming guys ever! There were some aspects of the ship which are due for renovations (coming Spring ‘21): spots in carpet, stains in some booth seat backs, and some wear marks on chairs in main dining room. Otherwise, the ship was immaculate. It did not have an “old” or “outdated” feel at all. The dining room and theaters were all very modern. The shows were decent—musical show was probably more geared toward 50+ crowd, but still nicely done. Ice skating was good—not as nice as Oasis class ships, but still put together well. Room was A+. No complaints at all with mattresses (I read they just replaced them this month). Storage space in room was larger than in Oasis-class ships. Bathroom was as expected. Only 2 electrical outlets in entire room though, so be prepared. Overall, this was a great experience. Read Less

we got a good last minute deal so we took it.Had an excellent time. The food was very good in the main dining room. The service was excellent (EKO)as our waiter and (OSCAR)as our room stewart.I also thought the entertainment was very good.Getting on and off the ship was a breeze. The only negative was that the casino was way too smokey and the elevators were too slow.We did have my time dining but we never had a problem getting right in for dinner. We did not do any excursions, we just walked around the ports.Getting off the ship was easy.We ate breakfast every morning in the windjammer and the food was good especially the omelet station. We spent a lot of time at the pool and that was so relaxing.I would definitely recommend this ship to anyone, the service was very good and the ship kept clean as a matter of fact we will be taking this same ship on a cruise in January. One thing I think they should change is they should have another towel station not near the smoking section on the pool deck. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer early Spring 2019. She went through surgery and radiation and throughout this process my mom and I decided that we love Royal Caribbean cruises so much that we wanted to go on a cruise to celebrate her being cancer free once she was done with treatment. It so happened that the date we chose was in October which is breast cancer awareness month! She flew down to Fort Lauderdale from Charlotte and I flew down from New York City to have our mother daughter cruise. The first day on the ship, she told me that she has "forgotten how to relax" since she's been through so much this year. By the final day of the cruise I asked her about this, and she said she now knows how to relax since we had such an amazing time on the ship. We laid out during the day, went to tons of shows, enjoyed the fine dining each night, and also ventured into the casino to spend $20-$40 a night having fun on the machines before going to our favorite bar - she said they have the best cosmos - to have a cocktail before going back to our cabin. As a breast cancer survivor she can only have 2 drinks a day, so it was important to find the best ones for her - which ended up being that cosmo and a glass of pinot grigio at dinner. We had such a fun time on the ship that we want to go on many more together. It was the best cruise I've been on with her and we had a wonderful mother daughter trip celebrating my mom being 4 months cancer free. Thanks Royal Caribbean for being a lovely cruise line!
