We wanted to see this part of the world. The ship needs a total remake. Our cabin was fine, our service in cabin and dining select was good. Food was overall good, they ran out of things twice. But the tour excursions are terrible, dangerous, they let local people selling things on our boat tour, the boat was filling the tank with gas as we went out to eke Fanta island.do not take the celebrity ...

We chose this cruise primarily because of the destinations. We loved the locations that we visuted, but were disappointed with the overall on board experience. The food in the main dining room did not appear very imaginative, some nights there was nothing that was very tempting on the menu. The best service that we received in the dinning room was from our sommelier who was fabulous. Most of the ...

This was our third celebrity cruise and unfortunately feel that celebrity are cutting too many corners which is reducing standards and this is clear to see, they can no longer be considered a 5* cruise company, more a 3*, the cabin bedding and fixtures are in a worn state, the metal frame of the bed sticking out from the holes in the valance, curtains which had never been cleaned for years, the ...

Chose this cruise because I was very keen to visit that part of the world. We stayed in Singapore prior to the cruise and were very happy with the Orchard Hotel that had been booked for us. It was in a very central position and everything about it was first class. We had a private transfer to the port and embarkation was fine. It was our first Aqua Class booking and were very excited about ...

We chose this cruise for some heat and winter sun - so we weren't disappointed in that respect. Hadn't been before so the itinerary was to look forward to. The embarkation process from Dubai to the ship was slow and not very well coordinated. It took 1 hour at Abu Dhabi in the queue before we embarked the boat. It seemed odd to have the Cruise Critic gathering when most were away on a excursion ...

Our past experiences with Celebrity date back to the times of ships like Zenith, Galaxy und Century (1992-1999). We were quite disapponted with the present services. The ship ist old and our balcony rail was terribly rusty. The Food was ok but not more (the Tuscan Grille food was great, but considering the surcharge of 45.- $ per Person also very expensive). The portions served are either very ...

We have been on Celebrity for years ( Elite member) but I am sorry this is out last cruise with them! We made our own, day flights out to Abu Dhabi on the 31st & rtn from Dubai with BA ( who have also gone down the pan in quality control), & stayed at the Millennium Corniche hotel - very good for 2 nights. The hotel put on a free bus to the Yas mall, where we spent the time looking at ...

We had chosen this itinerary - going to Abu Dhabi and Dubai - the 2 places didn't disappoint, what a lovely experience. This was our 2nd Celebrity Cruise, our 1st was on the Eclipse sailing from Southampton about 4 years ago. What a difference, not the 5 star we experienced last time. We were there to enjoy, but all around us we could hear other passengers complaining about all sorts of things. ...

We'd been looking forward to cruising with Celebrity as everyone told us how good it was and even better than HAL or RCI. We were not the only one disillusioned with Celebrity Constellation compared to other cruise lines or Celebrity ships. There was nothing outstanding and many things lacking in our opinion. The cabins were poorly designed. We had an inside cabin where wardrobe and bathroom ...

We did this cruise because it included a land tour of the The Golden Triangle, which was fabulous. We have been on four celebrity cruises, so we felt confident in booking this one. Firstly the pros : Overall the staff were very friendly The ship was clean and tidy The entertainment was very good some nights ...
