Very disappointing, ship tired and staff very lacklustre, not one member of staff went that extra mile, Hygiene not enforced at all surprising considering that they had noro virus a few weeks before. Entertainment team non existent, buffet food appalling, dining room just satisfactory, poor service and no interaction, served as if we were in a fast food establishment. We had an issue ...

Dated Ship, very low quality food and generally downmarket

Picked P&O as it sailed from Southampton and it was easier to get from London with family. But there is literally no comparison with Celebrity cruise. It’s essentially a 2* cruise ship. Key issues: 1. Ship is dated 2. Buffet food is rubbish. Real poor quality 3. Speciality restaurant “Sindhu” is probably worse than your dodgy Indian takeaway. It serves packed naan and frozen paratha ...

Went for a week on the Azura. Having now done 13 cruises this has been the worst by a mile. We booked 3 cabins and paid £5685 including a premium to have them near each other as one of our family is disabled and needs our assistance. The ship often stank of sewage, the corridor outside our cabins was often very bad and certain deck areas also stank. The toilets outside shows and bars ...

My sister and I decided to book on this cruise because our 60th and 62nd birthdays fell within the date range. Our twin deluxe cabin was very spacious and included amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities, other luxuries such as champagne and canapes. Meals in the main restaurants were surprisingly good. even though they catered to the overwhelmingly English guests. Specialty ...

P&O First & Last

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Azura

Having purchased what seemed like a really really great last minute bargain on the P&O Azura, we were really quite chuffed with ourselves, so around a week after purchasing we found ourselves onboard! First Impressions: Ship is only four years old although there was a certain amount of wear and tear, much more than we have experience on other cruise lines in even older ships. I don't think there ...
