Costa Concordia Ship Captain to Face Manslaughter Charges
(8:37 a.m. EDT) -- Francesco Schettino, the captain of the ill-fated Costa Concordia, will face several manslaughter charges an Italian judge in Grosseto, Italy ruled today.

According to CNN, Schettino also will be tried for dereliction of duty in the foundering incident that left 32 people dead.
