| Carnival Holiday in Mobile, AL |
Mobile (Alabama) is the latest American coastal city to win a "home port" designation as Carnival announced today that its Holiday will base there during the month of March. The 1,452 passenger ship will offer a series of two-to-six day voyages out of Mobile, ranging from cruises-to-nowhere to
Western Caribbean itineraries.
Voyages include a two day cruise-to-nowhere, departing March 2 and a five day western Caribbean voyage (Playa del Carmen, Cozumel) that departs on March 2, 2002. A six-day cruise to the western Caribbean (Play del Carmen, Belize
City and Cozumel) is slated for a March 9 send-off. Holiday will then move to New Orleans in April 2002 where she will offer 4- and 5-day cruises to Playa del Carmen and Cozumel year-round.
