| ResidenSea Delayed |
The World of ResidenSea, the travel industry’s first floating vacation ownership resort, has pushed its launch to January 2002 from the originally scheduled December premiere. The company says the few weeks-late debut is due to supplier related delays.
Additionally, ResidenSea, like some of the industry’s major cruise lines, such as Princess and Royal Caribbean, is postponing construction of The World’s sister ship. Originally it was scheduled for a late 2003 debut but will be postponed for up to two years beyond that time.
