| Silver Cloud Refurbished |
Silversea’s Silver Cloud has just been released from drydock where the 296-passenger ship received a cosmetic freshening up. Suites have been refurbished with new furnishings, from sofas and headboards to bedspreads and draperies -- not to mention carpet replacement. Repeat passengers will notice new artwork.
Silver Cloud is the ship that launched Silversea, a line that’s definitely in expansion mode. In addition to the longtime duet of Silver Cloud and Silver Wind, Silversea last year launched the slightly-larger Silver Shadow, which carries 382-passengers, and the even-more-recent addition of Silver Whisper, which officially joined the fleet earlier this month.
