We felt like we were on a prison ship too crowded, waiting for an elevator took up half the cruise. If you signed up for a shore excursion good luck, getting off the ship is a disaster . No one seems to know what is going on constant misinformation. The service staff are good at playing dumb. Every where I went on the ship people complained about the service staff, one elderly couple stated their room wasn't cleaned until 10pm every night my sister never had clean towels until the last day and she had to beg for them. The Irish pub went there twice never again went for breakfast took one hour to get a cheese omelet only one other diner .Went for a snack the next day ordered 2 meals and water -got 1 meal no water never seen waiter again.If you drink coke their contract is with pepsi . If you go to the bar the menu lists what mixer's they have but I actually went through the list and they claimed they did not have one item this happened at two bars.

The best thing on the ship was the last day.
